Depositing cryptocurrency is a simple process that allows you to add funds to your account using a supported digital currency.

How to Make a Deposit
To make a crypto deposit:
Open the Wallet section in your account.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.
Choose the correct blockchain network.
Check the minimum deposit amount for the selected currency.
Copy your personal deposit address.
Send the funds from your external crypto wallet.
Wait for the required blockchain confirmations.
☑️ Once the transaction is confirmed, the funds will be added to your account balance.
GRAM (TON) Deposits
❗️When depositing GRAM (TON), an additional step is required.
GRAM (TON) deposits use a shared wallet address, and deposits are identified using a unique Memo tag.
To make a successful GRAM (TON) deposit:
Select GRAM as your deposit currency.
Copy both the wallet address and the Memo.
Include the Memo when sending the transaction to special section.
⚠️ If the Memo is missing or incorrect, the deposit will not be credited automatically.
⚠️ If your wallet does not support entering a Memo (Destination Tag), please use a wallet or exchange that allows you to include one when sending TON.
🆘 What If I Sent Funds Incorrectly?
If you sent a deposit using:
an unsupported network;
an incorrect cryptocurrency;
an incorrect deposit address;
a GRAM deposit without a Memo;
